This is a list of all personalisation equipment that Greenside Packaging Services currently operate.
- Signature 8080 Engraver
This engraver is capable of delivering engraving solutions on a number of substrates. This computerized engraving system will personalize inside rings and bangle bracelets as easily as engraving curved glass frames or crystal glasses, engrave a date on the side of a watch or the curved top of a sterling silver ring , create a signature on a leather wallet in the customers own handwriting or reproduce a logo in wood/mdf component. - 1 x Creation Plotter / Cutter
Takes high-resolution vector-based artwork and reproduces it by cutting the image in flock /vinyl for thermal transfer onto the garment or item. - 1 x Roland Printer /Plotter/Cutter
As above but has the facility to print a design or artwork onto the vinyl prior to cutting. - 2 x Swing Beam Thermal Heat Presses
These are used as the transfer method for flock and vinyls to be applied to the garment - 1 x Fixed Head Thermal Press
This is suitable where the contact area of product is inaccessible or the item, garment, or product is quite small. - Brother 12 colour embroidery machine
This stand alone combination embroidering machine ensures all sewed and embroidered images along with text will have a personal, unique and professional nish, using up to 12 thread colours. - Janome 4 Colour Embroidery Machine
As the above its limitation to only 4 thread colours is offset by the operating speed which allows this machine to operate more e ciently - 2 x Foil Transfer Embossing Machines
Using type and foil transfer medium these machines will foil on to leather, PU and other items with flexible substrates such as diaries and wallets.
The above machine’s performance is complimented by using the highest standard software products available, such as Corel Draw, and Ethos
